Reggie Martin is a Houston-based hospitality executive and Certified Executive Chef with over two decades of leadership in food service, hotel operations, and community impact. A third-generation culinarian, Martin carries forward his family's legacy through Lemond Hospitality, managing high-profile operations for clients such as Rice University, MATCH Houston, and Marriott Hotels.

Reggie holds a BS in Agriculture Leadership from Texas A&M, a Culinary Arts Certificate from the Culinary Institute Lenotre, and an MBA in Strategy and Management from Western Governors University. He played a pivotal role in the founding of the Houston Hospitality Alliance, and has chaired the Greater Houston CVB and served on the Houston First Corporation Board.

A transformational leader and advocate for equitable hospitality, Martin has led disaster response meal programs, built teaching kitchens for HISD, and partnered with dozens of local businesses to feed over 70,000 Houstonians during the pandemic.
