Frequently Asked Questions

Members can renew their membership online through the member portal and following the step-by-step guide (below). Alternatively, renewals can be processed by mail or over the phone.  

The renewal period for 2025 memberships is October 2024 - March 31, 2025. Members will receive paper invoices between October 15th - November 1st to the main business address. Digital invoices will be available in the member portal & distributed via email between November 1st to November 15th.

2025 Membership runs from January 1st - December 31st.

Yes, you can change your membership level during the renewal process.

Dues payments can be made by credit card online through the member portal or by check.
Please note, all membership dues are non-refundable.

Members pay for the full membership dues amount or split the dues in to 4 payments. The payment installment schedule is available in the membership portal. 

Please note, the installment payments are not automatic & will need to be processed individually.
