Message from our New HHA Board Chair

Dear HHA Members,
 
I hope you are enjoying the summer months and finding time to recharge. As we continue our essential work advancing Houston's hospitality industry, I'm excited to share an important leadership update.
 
Following a robust selection process, including board applications, Governance and Nominating Committee review, and Executive Committee approval, we are delighted to announce Reggie Martin as HHA's Interim Executive Director, effective July 1, 2025. Reggie, our former Board Chair, brings extensive experience in tourism strategy and civic leadership, and will now guide HHA's mission, oversee assets, sustain member engagement, and conduct an administrative audit to enhance our operations and impact.
 
I'm honored to step into the Board Chair position from my former role as Vice Chair, committed to leading HHA with transparency, collaboration, and purpose. Your input and engagement remain essential as we strengthen public-private partnerships, expand member value, and elevate the visibility of Houston's hospitality and tourism sector.
 
Please join me in welcoming Reggie to his new role and supporting our shared vision as the "hub" for a stronger, more connected hospitality industry.
